Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (CLSSYB) exam comprises of basics of the Lean Six Sigma Methodology and supports improvement projects as a part of a team. A Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt possesses an understanding of the aspects within the phases of D-M-C. They apply this knowledge to all aspects of their primary functions. Six Sigma is a business strategy that focuses on product and service excellence, to create a culture that demands perfection and customer needs (internal and external) The DMAIC methodology is the road-map to achieving this target. This e-Learning course attempts to train novices on the principles of Six Sigma and takes them through the DMAIC process.The Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification is aimed at those new to the world of Six Sigma who have a small role, interest, or need to develop foundational knowledge. Yellow belts can be entry level employees who seek to improve their world or executive champions who require an overview of Six Sigma and define, measure, analyze, improve and control model (DMAIC).
